Although we are an essential business who is cleared to continue serving customers due to the COVID 19 Pandemic some precautionary measures have been implemented for safety and compliance.These measures and guidelines are for not only the safety of ourselves but for you and your families as well. They are also to help us maintain a standard of efficiency for our customers.
Per CA Safety guidelines required for all businesses and to help prevent the spread of the COVID 19 virus all customers entering the building will be asked to wear face masks or coverings that cover the nose and mouth. If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you upon entry. Face masks are located at the front door along with hand sanitizing supplies. We appreciate your corporation on this as it is our goal and responsibility to keep our families and yours safe and healthy.HOURS OF

Our office hours have changed in an effort to streamline the volume of workflow and the efficiency of our staff. DMV closures and time frames for work completion has boosted our customer base so starting 08/09/2020 our office will only be open to the public and taking calls Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed Mondays and Fridays. We have always been closed on weekends and during Holidays unless a prescheduled appointment was made in advance. The change is for the customers benefit as well as ours. It ensures that emails are answered, calls are returned and that applications are not sitting on our desk for an unnecessary amount of time. Staying efficient is as important to us as safety.
CELL PHONES IN THE WORK PLACE (TEXT MESSAGES AND CALLS):
While we all enjoy the convenience of having our communications so readily available it seems that
there really is a time and place for cell phones. Our office has a phone service and answering machine (the number 916-470-2083) so it would be helpful and appreciated if this number was your first line of communication with River City and our staff. This helps to ensure that our customers work is getting done and given the focus and attention needed to complete. It also gives our staff has a reprieve during off time. It is hard to focus if your pocket is always vibrating. This is also to make sure that our personal time is not interrupted after hours or on weekends. Employees are NOT responsible nor are they required to answer their cell phone at all when at home or away from office. Employees should also not be on personal phones during business hours. If of course your efforts to reach us prove difficult please call the secondary number listed on sites main page.
FEES FOR SERVICES AND TURNAROUND TIMES:
Our office has become extremely busier than normal and DMV systems and timeframes have impacted us all. That being said we have had to make some adjustments to our services fees and the realistic expected wait times. Time with the DMV is limited to us as well and same day items are no longer available unless completed in office. Anything that needs to be taken to DMV for processing will take at a minimum of 7 to 10 days and in some cases even longer. We are asking our customers to please give us 1 to 5 days to get work ready and submitted to DMV. The process for preparing the documents and logging them in and listing them for DMV takes time especially when we process our work in date order. First come first serve is the system so as to prevent longer than normal wait times as best as we are able.
Also last minute rush items will be charged an additional fee as will the apps that are knowingly sent to DMV a second time. If you ask us to take an app to DMV for any reason and know we will have to take it a second time the additional Fee will be charged. We charge per item per trip. The fee increase is posted for viewing in office and is expected to be viewable on the site soon.

Hildenbrand, Inc. trucking. After working for a larger company she decided to strike out on her own, feeling she could offer a better service to her clientele.
